With her blonde hair tied up in a bun and wearing a maroon polo shirt, Dawn can be seen propped up in bed. In a video update for her followers, she said: "This is day 2, my face is really really tight.
Apparently, this is my worst day." However, it wasn't all bad for Dawn, as she's found some reality TV to binge-watch while she recovers.
She added: "Little update, on a good note I've just found Married At First sight series six so I'm super happy. ' Despite receiving numerous comments from fans questioning why she felt the need to alter her appearance, Dawn insisted that she simply wanted to maintain her youthful looks with the cosmetic procedure.
