Rare Star Wars memorabilia that belonged to late Darth Vader actor David Prowse is going up for auction Prowse, who had been living with Alzheimer's, died at the age of 85 last year following a short illness.
He had played the series' villain in the original Star Wars trilogy. Some 600 items are going under the hammer, with a percentage of the proceeds going to Alzheimer's Research UK.
These include a rehearsal script from The Empire Strikes Back and a piece of the cockpit of the Millennium Falcon from the film A New Hope.
Signed photographs from Prowse's Star Wars co-stars Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher are also up for auction. Prowse was also the face of road safety in Britain and his Green Cross Code Man superhero suit is also going
