The cause of death is unclear at this time. But in a 911 call obtained by the outlet, his girlfriend Amber Williams explained she realized Rich had never came to bed on Wednesday night, apparently falling asleep on the couch in the living room.
Before taking her son to school the next day, she placed a blanket over him “because he gets a little cold” in the room.
