The woman, who has lifelong anonymity, said she was singled out by a man thought to be working at the station, and asked to explain why she was exempt in front of other passengers.
She had been changing trains at Preston Station when she was confronted by the man, Lancs Live reports. Under current government coronavirus rules, everyone over the age of 11 must wear a mask in certain environments, including on public transport, unless they have a medical exemption.
