Relegated Partick Thistle have stepped aside and will not pursue legal action against the SPFL to allow clubs access to a prize money release of £9.3million.

Scottish clubs WILL have legal grounds to challenge any SPFL decision taken to end the season early without voiding the current standings but they’ll have to prove it was unreasonable.
