Cammy Bell has warned Rangers fans to be careful venting their frustrations if Sunday's derby doesn't go to plan early on. The Ibrox side face Celtic in a game that has been labelled a must-win for Gio van Bronckhorst and his team.

Lose and they will trail Ange Postecoglou 's side by six points with as many games remaining. Win though and it's level-pegging heading into a blockbuster title run-in.Either way though former Ibrox stopper Bell reckons fans can help Rangers by keeping off the players' back even if they get off to a false start.Bell, who made 57 appearances for Gers between 2013 and 2016, has seen first hand what a frustrated home crowd can to do to a player's confidence. And he's urged the Ibrox faithful to make sure that doesn't happen and give the team the motivation they need on Sunday. He said on Clyde 1 Superscoreboard: "Some of the Rangers fans can get frustrated really quickly and I've seen that affect Rangers this season."If Rangers were to go behind at Ibrox and Celtic were to score first...it can go against you (the atmosphere)."The Rangers fans really need to get behind the team because the frustration from the stands can bleed into how the players feel and perform."I've seen it happen, certain players have wobbled a bit when the pressure comes on."They're two teams full of internationalists and really experienced players, it's going to be such a tight game on Sunday but such an important one."If Celtic were to win the gap would be too far for Rangers."But if Rangers win I'd be confident they'd go on and win the league."
