Rangers manager Steven Gerrard has been the inspiration behind his career. Colwill is currently enjoying a spell on loan at English Championship side Huddersfield Town.The 18-year-old is regarded as one of the top prospects at Stamford Bridge and is currently getting his first taste of first team football.Colwill, who has been at Chelsea since 2011, spoke of how the former Liverpool midfielder was his idol growing up.

Speaking to goal he spoke of how he used to have pictures of the England captain on his bedroom wall, he said: "Growing up, it was always Steven Gerrard who I loved seeing and how he used to lead. "I was amazed by him and I used to have his pictures up in my room.
