Battling Motherwell put up a fight but were still rolled over by resurgent Rangers on their Hampden Park 'home' debut.Goals from Cyriel Dessers and Vaclav Cerny had the hosts on easy street by the interval, despite Robin Propper's own-goal counter for the Steelmen.Motherwell tried to stay in the game, but Rangers dominated large spells and should have scored quite a few more than they did, with Dessers particularly guilty of wasting chances.Dessers did continue his scoring form from midweek, however, as he put Rangers ahead in 13 minutes, but that was cancelled out five minutes later by Propper's own goal.Rangers regained their lead through Vaclav Cerny in 24 minutes, and never really looked under too much threat after that, though Jack Butland had to look smart to stop Zach Robinson's shot from ripping into the bottom right corner.Rangers boss Philippe Clement made two changes to the side that drew 1-1 with Dinamo Kyiv on Tuesday in their Champions' League qualifier.
