R&B star Babyface has revealed he tested positive for coronavirus in a post celebrating his 62nd birthday The star – real name Kenneth Edwards – admitted he felt ‘so blessed’ to experience another birthday. ‘I feel so blessed to celebrate another birthday.

I tested positive for the Covid19 virus, as did my family. It’s an incredible scary thing to go through my friends,’ he wrote. ‘I’m happy to report we have now tested negative and are back on our way to full health.’ He went on to rave about being a part of a new Instagram Live with his brother Teddy Riley, Teddy vs Babyface, dubbing it ‘A Celebration Of Black Music Excellence’.
