Phillip Schofield
Phillip Bryan Schofield (born 1 April 1962) is an English television presenter who works for ITV. He is currently the co-presenter of This Morning (2002–present) and Dancing on Ice (2006–2014, 2018–present) alongside Holly Willoughby. His other work for ITV includes All Star Mr & Mrs (2008–2016), The Cube (2009–2015), and 5 Gold Rings (2017–present). Schofield gained national attention working for the BBC, first as a continuity presenter for Children's BBC on weekdays from 1985 to 1987, then as a presenter on the children's Saturday morning magazine show Going Live! between September 1987 and April 1993.

However, swapping eggs and butter for one ingredient along can make this baking process almost too simple.One carrot cake recipe that has been a popular hit on social media uses condensed milk to reduce the cake mixture down to just four ingredients.Initially shared on budgeting Facebook page, this recipe is "quick and easy" and "a good way to use up carrots in the fridge" - according to one person at the Practical Parenting Facebook page.The sweet milk is a perfect egg substitute and also reduces the sugar needed to balance the sponge.

It is cheaper to make than most carrot cakes and leaves less room for error.For the cream cheese frosting:Stir everything together to make a cake batter, then stir in the nuts or sultanas if using.Stir through this mixture then pour into the loaf tin.

Bake for 45 minutes until risen.After it is baked, take the tin out of the oven and let the cake cool down.With an electric mixer, whip the cream cheese until it's smooth, then add the softened butter and beat for 30 seconds to a minute until it's well mixed.Add lemon juice and icing sugar and keep mixing until everything is well combined.
