The Queen once gave the Duchess of Sussex a very special present to commemorate their first joint outing together. Less than a month after marrying Prince Harry at Windsor Castle, Meghan Markle appeared alongside the Queen in Cheshire in June 2018.
The pair opened the Mersey Gateway Bridge and Chester's Storyhouse Theatre and also attended a lunch at Chester Town Hall.The outing was the first time that the Duchess had attended an event with the Queen, now 95, without her husband the Duke of Sussex.

But as well as accompanying Her Majesty on the day of royal engagements, the Queen invited Meghan, 40, to travel to Chester on the royal train.
