Queen's Adam Lambert wants to play George Michael in a biopic

Bohemian Rhapsody and Rocketman have turned the lives of Freddie Mercury and Elton John into big-screen hits in the last few years, and Adam Lambert thinks it's time to complete the trifecta of openly gay musical icons.

The 'If I Had You' hitmaker and current Queen frontman was speaking to Metro when he said: "I'd like to see a George Michael biopic.

I think that would be very interesting. That'd be cool. "I just feel like, we don't know that much about him. You know, to me, it would be great to kind of explore George's life." When asked about who he thinks could play the leading role, Adam (apparently jokingly) "I'd give it a go.
