The Queen showed that she can stand unsupported by her aides despite her mobility issues as she was seen appearing for Holyrood week in Scotland on Monday 28 June.The 96 year old monarch is currently enjoying a week-long stay in the country as she attends several events which first included Edinburgh's history Ceremony of the Keys, the traditional opener for the Royals this week.
The Queen appeared bright and able as she was filmed stepping off a train solo as she arrived in Edinburgh, Scotland, yesterday morning.
In a video shared on Tik Tok, Her Majesty was seen holding on to a rail without the need of any aides as she made her way onto the platform and even managed a cheery wave to the camera ahead before she was lead into a car.
The Queen’s son Prince Edward, 58, and his wife Sophie, Countess of Wessex, 57, were also seen in the clip following the monarch out of the train and into another vehicle as they made their way to the first events.
