Consuming it early in the morning could potentially do more harm than good, they caution.Rex Isap, sleep expert and CEO at Happy Beds, has found that this sugary zap of caffeine could really be counterproductive, possibly leading to an increased tolerance to caffeine and amplifying stress levels.
Because of this, it's advisable to wait for a minimum of sixty minutes after rising before sipping on coffee, if you want to truly reap the awakening effects of caffeine, reports the Liverpool Echo.
