A 'proud' wrote his five children a sorry note before he took his own life after taking cocaine, an inquest heard. Mark Hall, 32, who had suffered from anxiety and was taking anti-depressants was found dead in his flat in Derby by police in May 20, 2017.
The railway track supervisor left a note, part of which read: "I will always love you. I am so sorry you have me as a dad." Derby Coroners' Court heard officers from Derbyshire Police found him hanged after they visited his home to speak to him in connection with an alleged assault on a woman, Derbyshire Live reports.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics from East Midlands Ambulance just after 2pm. The inquest heard in the hours before he died Mr Hall had been at an address
