Producers Guild Awards Reveals Documentary Nominations
deadline.comThe Producers Guild of America is out with the first nominees for its 2025 PGA Awards. Documentaries are first on the docket, with six films vying in the Outstanding Producer of Documentary Motion Pictures.
Up for the award are Gaucho Gaucho, Mediha, Mountain Queen: The Summits of Lhakpa Sherpa,Porcelain War, Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story and We Will Dance Again.
The guild notes that all six films are in the process of being vetted for individual producer eligibility. The 37th PGA Awards ceremony is set for Saturday, February 8, at the Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles.
Nominations for Theatrical Motion Pictures, Animated Motion Pictures, Television Series/Specials and Streamed or Televised Motion Pictures will be revealed Friday, January 10.
