The 'intimate' relationship between a 'corrupt' female prison officer and an inmate was exposed by 4,500 texts and calls made between the pair.
Prison officer Dawn MacCormack started a relationship with the prisoner - named in reports as Josh Moore - while she was working at HMP The Mount, near Hemel Hempstead, Herts, in January 2019.
Detectives found that the lag had been in possession of two illicit phones that had been smuggled into the prison. Police then discovered a staggering 4,500 texts and calls between May 15 and June 20, 2019.
