Prince William 'stubborn' as he pursues own agenda in reforming monarchy

Prince William has been dubbed 'stubborn' while showing the type of King 'he intends to be' after he laid out plans earlier this month for his future in the monarchy.The Prince of Wales told reporters during his trip to South Africa that he would carry out duties with "a smaller 'r' in the royal".
