Prince William experienced a rare rejection when his plea for another instalment in one of his favourite film series was dismissed by the director.
While attending an event organised by BAFTA and the Royal African Society, William confessed his love for the popular Jason Bourne franchise.
At the Bafta gathering, which took place at the charity's London base, William encountered Paul Greengrass, 69, who directed three of the Bourne films.The director was responsible for The Bourne Supremacy (2004), the third part The Bourne Ultimatum (2007) and the final movie Jason Bourne (2016).
Upon meeting the director, William eagerly asked: "Another Bourne, another Bourne please? ". Sadly, it seems that being the future king doesn't always guarantee your wishes are granted, as Greengrass simply shook his head and chuckled, according to The Times.
