Prince William shared a rare personal tweet today to wish rugby union’s British and Irish Lions “all the best’ as they prepare for the opening Test in Cape Town.
Royal fans were delighted to see the personal tweet from the Duke of Cambridge, 39, who rarely shares tweets. He shared his support for the rugby union team ahead of their battle against South Africa in Cape Town in a personal tweet he wrote on his and the Duchess of Cambridge’s Twitter page this morning.The tweet read: “Wishing the @Lionsofficial team all the best ahead of the opening Test in Cape Town!
It's brilliant to see @AlunWynJones back fit and healthy, ready to lead the team. W.” The reference to Alun Wyn Jones related to the captain’s dislocated shoulder he suffered back.
