Prince Markie Dee of 80s rap group The Fat Boys has died aged 52. The rapper, whose real name is Mark Anthony Morales, had his passing announced by his manager, Louie 'Uncle Louie' Gregory.
Prince Markie went on to be a hit songwriter for the likes of Mariah Carey and Mary J. Blige. Paying tribute to the rapper on Twitter, Louie wrote: "Forever in my Heart.
