According to royal biographer Omid Scobie, the Duke is "on a journey" which will force him to face these issues in his past.
Harry, aged 20 at the time, caused national outcry when he was pictured wearing a Nazi uniform complete with a swastika uniform in 2005.
In an apology issued by Clarence House at the time, he said: "I am very sorry if I caused any offence or embarrassment to anyone.
