The Princess of Wales was warmly received by Wimbledon spectators who stood on their feet and applauded her attendance in what was her first solo engagement this year, following her cancer diagnosis.
At the event, Kate stood out in a vibrant purple dress and was accompanied by her sister Pippa Middleton and daughter Princess Charlotte, while Prince William and their son Prince George attended the UEFA European Football Championship final in Germany.
