Despite shattering records as the fastest-selling book ever upon its release in early 2023, with its jaw-dropping revelations about the Royal Family, it seems readers are quick to part with their copies.The website We Buy Books revealed that Spare topped their list again in 2024, with even more people trading it in than last year.

A spokesperson from the site commented: "For the second year running, Prince Harry's Spare is the most traded-in biography of 2024.This year, we purchased a total of 567 copies." Currently, those looking to trade in their copy of Spare can get £3.77 from the site, while Waterstones sells it at £8.99.The Duke of Sussex's bombshell book first hit the shelves in January 2023, causing a global sensation with claims such as Prince William calling Meghan Markle 'difficult', 'rude', and 'abrasive', allegations of King Charles' jealousy towards the younger royals, and the revelation that Charles barred Meghan from joining Harry in Scotland during the Queen's final days.

In October, a new paperback edition of the book hit the shelves, but interestingly, it didn't feature any fresh information or updated chapters, which is typically expected.
