Prince William looks set to take over as the Captain General of the Royal Marines - a title that Prince Harry has held since 2017.
Prince Harry, who stepped down as a senior royal in March this year is to be replaced in the role by his older brother, the Sunday Express reports.
The move to give Prince William the role was confirmed by senior Royal Navy source, the paper reports. This comes as a new book, Battle of Brothers, purportedly exposes the damage Harry and Meghan's decision to step down has had on the Royal Family and their relationships.
Biographer Robert Lacey suggest that things were so bad between the brothers that Prince William was too angry to eat with Harry alone before meeting with the Queen to discuss his decision.
