Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, KCVO ADC (Henry Charles Albert David;15 September 1984) is the younger son of Charles, Prince of Wales and Diana, Princess of Wales and is sixth in the line of succession to the British throne. Harry was educated at Wetherby School, Ludgrove School, and Eton College. He spent parts of his gap year in Australia and Lesotho. He then underwent officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He was commissioned as a cornet (second lieutenant) into the Blues and Royals, serving temporarily with his brother Prince William, and he completed his training as a troop leader. In 2007–08, he served for over ten weeks in Helmand, Afghanistan, but was pulled out after an Australian magazine revealed his presence there. He returned to Afghanistan for a 20-week deployment in 2012–13 with the Army Air Corps. He left the army in June 2015.

Prince Harry has dinner with financier pal after ‘snub’ from King Charles over meeting

Prince Harry had dinner with a millionaire financier friend after it was confirmed that King Charles was too busy to meet him.The Duke of Sussex arrived in the UK on Tuesday, 7th May, for his solo trip from California, without his wife Meghan or their two children.

Harry's visit is part of celebratory events marking ten years of his Invictus Games, which he founded in 2014. So far, the Prince has visited Armoury House for an Invictus Games discussion called, Realising a Global Community, hosted by Louise Minchin.

Meanwhile, the King was occupied welcoming Fiji’s Prime Minister to Buckingham Palace.Today, May 8, the Duke will give a reading at a service of thanksgiving at St Paul's Cathedral, marking the decade anniversary of the competition's launch.

Despite Harry's desire to meet up with King Charles on the trip, it was confirmed that the King had informed him that he was too busy.
