Prince Harry was "asking for trouble" when he spoke about his brother Prince William and sister-in-law Kate Middleton's marriage, according to Royal author Robert Hardman.
The writer of the new biography, 'The Making of a King: King Charles III and the Modern Monarchy', believes that the Sussexes' comments about the Cambridges in their Netflix series and Harry's memoir 'Spare' were quite biting. "Casting any sort of doubt, I think, on your brother's choice of wife is clearly asking for trouble," Hardman shared with US news outlet Us Weekly.
He continued, "On top of all the other breaches of trust, here was Harry making a blatant attack on Catherine. For William, this was the lowest of the low." This was in reference to a comment that Prince Harry made in the 2022 docu-series.
In the series, which he created with his wife Meghan Markle, Harry boldly stated that the men in his family face a "temptation or an urge to marry someone who [they are] perhaps destined to be with", a comment believed to be about the Cambridges.
