The Queen’s coffin will continue lying in state in Edinburgh until 5pm today, Tuesday 13 September, when it will be flown to London ahead of her funeral next week.

Her Majesty's coffin will remain at the St Giles' cathedral until early evening following an emotional vigil involving her four children last night.
