A Premier Inn employee has detailed one of the lesser-known parts of his job in the hotel industry. The employee reveals an uncomfortable occasion in which he had to handle a noise complaint, but it was the guests making the noise and not their TV.
The employee, named Wayne Miles, describes the experience as "one of the most awkward situations to ever be in" on a TikTok post.
The clip received more than 320,000 views and fellow hotel workers took to the comments to admit that they have found themselves in similar situations.
As reported by the Mirror, the man posts under the username @waynemiles99 and shared one of his experiences handling a noise complaint at the hotel chain.
