The social media star, who had 160,000 followers on Instagram, posted a video talking about "the worst thing about pregnancy".
In the clip, she told her followers: "I'm more emotional. Literally I could be fine one minute and then the next second I'm crying.
I'm having a good pregnancy, but emotions are just too much. I'm so out of breath 27/4. I would walk from here to the end of the room and feel like I'm dying "I feel like the baby's eating me." Nicole's heartbroken mum revealed the tragedy yesterday, saying "our hearts are truly broken".
