She is known for playing the character Sloan Sabbith on the Aaron Sorkin's drama series The Newsroom (2012-2014) on HBO. She was also a correspondent on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart from 2010 to 2011.

The mom-to-be, who is expecting her first child with comedian John Mulaney, 39, let her baby bump peek through in the pic as she wore a black top and black pants and cuddled one pooch while the other snuggled up against her.
