dailyrecord.co.ukA pregnant mum has spoken of the moment she watched her partner 'stop breathing' as he after being crushed between a car and his van.Roxy Ward, 34, was in the passenger seat of the van owned by fiancé Jamie Elliot, 32, when the crash took place in Plymouth, Devon.
Jamie, a self-employed trader was "brought back to life" by hero members of the public including lifeboat crew, who rushed out from the RNLI office to help save him.Roxy recalled how Jamie was left lying unresponsive in the road after the crash.
He had just picked her up from work and was outside the van when he was struck by a car and crushed against his own vehicle.
She added: "I witnessed it all. It was pretty traumatic but all happened so quickly. I was in the passenger seat and couldn’t stop screaming.
