The hairdresser had registered as a patient at the private facility when she moved to Spain from Liverpool in December 2020.
The hairdresser was expecting her second baby and paid for the private clinic "to ensure the best treatment for her and her unborn child", the Liverpool ECHO reports.
Her family believed her pregnancy was going well - but when Kelsey went into labour on July 20, 2021, a heart monitor was unable to detect the baby's heartbeat.
