Meghan Trainor has opened up about suffering from gestational diabetes and the changes that she has had to make to her lifestyle as a result.
The 26-year-old mum to be is just two months away from welcoming her bundle of joy but now has to take extra care with her blood sugar levels as a result.
The condition, that develops during pregnancy, means that Meghan has to track her diet and check her blood. However, the musician - who is expecting a boy with husband Daryl Sabara - is confident that she is "crushing it" during her third trimester.
Speaking to Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Meghan went into more detail about gestational diabetes.
