Pregnant Lucy Mecklenburgh 'praying waters don't break' as she surprises Ryan on The Games

Lucy Mecklenburgh sweetly surprised her fiancé Ryan Thomas on Thursday's episode of ITV's The Games. Taking to Instagram, the former TOWIE star, 30, joked that she was "praying her waters don't break" during the show and explained that she hadn't seen Ryan, 37, since Sunday due to the gruelling schedule.

Posting a picture inside the Velodrome during the live track cycling races, Lucy, who is expecting her second child with Ryan, penned: "I decided to surprise @ryanthomas84 tonight" with a heart emoji.

In a different snap, Lucy shared a radiant loved-up selfie with Ryan as she displayed her growing baby bump in a black dress and white denim jacket.
