The former Towie star, 34, is expecting her first child with her boyfriend Charles Drury, who she began dating last September.
In an question and answer session with her followers on Instagram, Lauren revealed she suffered regular morning sickness during the first three months.
She said: "[I] found it quite difficult for the first three months "It's just over as well and it's just starting to get better so yeah, just tired still, but not the sickness. "I felt very, very sick but wasn't actually sick all the time.
