Jorgie Porter has excitedly revealed the gender of her unborn baby as she prepared to give birth to her first child. The Hollyoaks actress announced she was pregnant back in June with fiancé Ollie Piotrowski.

She posted an adorable Instagram video showing the couple's hands and their pet Doberman's paws pulling away to reveal a baby scan.

Jorgie spoke of 'hopeful beginnings' as the news came six months after she told the devastating news that she had suffered a tragic miscarriage with quadruplets.

And now Jorgie and Ollie have said they are "thrilled" as they announced they are expecting a baby boy. The 34-year-old actress, known for her role as Theresa McQueen in the Channel 4 soap, is due to give birth in December, a year after from the couple’s engagement.
