A dog who was brought to a rescue shelter heavily pregnant is still searching for a family to call her own after all her puppies were successfully rehomed.
Cleo, a seven-year-old crossbreed was found as a stray, soon to give birth and wandering the streets in Romania before being taken in by Flori’s Friends Rescue.
She has since produced a litter who were subsequently adopted and now Cleo is waiting for her turn at starting a new life. In a post on the shelter’s Facebook page, they describe her as ‘an elegant and loving pooch’ and expressed their wish to see her rehomed to the UK before the winter months set in, as the kennels can become ‘a sad place to be’.
