Minnie the Shih Tzu/Chihuahua cross was stolen from a property in Raploch, Stirling, around 2pm on March 27. A Husky puppy was then stolen by a man matching the same description at a petrol station near Dunblane.
Police launched an urgent appeal to find the pets and the suspected thief, who was driving a blue Land Rover. But the story took a positive turn after four-year-old Minnie was discovered by a member of the public wandering the Denton area on Wednesday (March 31).
