New manager Erik ten Hag — who was appointed as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's permanent replacement back in April — will take charge of his first competitive match against Brighton & Hove Albion at Old Trafford on Sunday, August 7.
In front of the Sky Sports cameras, it will mark the beginning of a new dawn at the club, as they look to bounce back from a disappointing season last time out.
Despite not bringing in any new signings as of yet (although the club is closing in on the additions of Tyrell Malacia and Frenkie de Jong) there is a growing feel-good factor around Old Trafford once again.
