Brits coming back from Portugal could be forced to quarantine again by the end of the week unless it sees a "miracle drop", an expert has warned.
Paul Charles is CEO of travel consultancy The PC Agency which has correctly predicted the weekly government review for the past three weeks.
He said Portugal is on the brink of being in the "red zone" for the UK quarantine list after a sharp rise in coronavirus cases.
The warning came just days after the country was added to the UK government’s travel corridor. "Portugal cases increase again, putting it on the brink of the red zone for #quarantine by Saturday morning," Mr Charles tweeted.
