A popular Caribbean street food joint has announced it will be opening a new store at the Trafford Centre - marking the restaurant’s fourth location in Greater Manchester.
Jerk Junction, which started life 11 years ago with its flagship Chorlton store on Manchester Road, has become popular with the likes of Nicki Minaj and former Manchester United player Jesse Lingard, who is now a director of the company.
The restaurant now has five stores in total, including locations in Altrincham, Wilmslow and at Kargo in Salford Quays’ MediaCity, as well as a restaurant in Sheffield. The restaurant is currently undergoing the final touches of a renovation. Today (August 1) it was also announced that Jerk Junction will open its sixth site with a new spot in the Trafford Centre’s Orient food court.
