Popular Renfrewshire pool set to reopen this week following £100,000 makeover

A popular swimming pool in Renfrewshire is set to reopen this week.Erskine Swimming Pool has been shut since late December for refurbishment work to be carried out.The £100,000 project to re-tile the pool was part of OneRen’s commitment to improve customer experience.

It has now been announced that the pool will reopen to members of the public on Tuesday, May 2. The venue will return to the same opening hours that were in place prior to closure.A spokesperson for OneRen said: “Some swimming lessons will restart on that date, but not all classes due to a shortage of qualified instructors. “We will email all customers that can be accommodated and are working hard to get back to full capacity.
