A popular Manchester pizzeria has announced it is offering a masterclass to learn the secrets behind creating the perfect pizza.
On Wednesday, February 28 Nell's Pizza at Common in the Northern Quarter is launching its first Super Club event - a pizza-making masterclass.
The class is being led by the co-founder of Common and self confessed ‘dough nerd’ Jonny Heyes who is pulling back the curtain to show participants how to make a pizza just as good as the 22-inch New York style slices served up at Nell’s. The pizzas at Nell’s reached a new level of fame back in 2022 after singer Lewis Capaldi celebrated his chart-topping single, Forget Me, hitting 20 million streams on Spotify with a massive mammoth 22" pizza from the Kampus branch.
