A popular juice and coffee bar has announced it is returning to the city centre after a three-year hiatus. Joe & The Juice, which was based at the Debenhams store on Market Street, opened its doors in 2015 with a selection of sandwiches, snacks, juice drinks and coffees.

Despite its popularity, the store was forced to shut in late 2021 after the 246-year-old retailer decided to close down all its physical stores.

As a result, the Danish-based coffee shop has been absent from the city ever since.
