Police are appealing for information following a spate of criminal damage in Manchester this summer. City centre cops have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in connection with the offences.

In one of the instances an acid pen - which contain an acid solution allowing the user to write on hard surfaces - was used to cause 'irreversible damage' to glass in one of the buildings in Piccadilly Plaza.
