Police say no arrests have been made after a man was stabbed in a shop in Trafford. Officers and paramedics were called to the scene at the Go Local shop, on Great Stone Road in Old Trafford, at around 7.10pm on Tuesday night (December 7).

A 24-year-old man was taken to hospital after a stabbing 'in the store', police said. His injuries were serious but not life-threatening. The victim is in a stable condition in hospital, the force added. A cordon was in place outside the shop on Tuesday night with an evidence tent erected within the police
