Footage of a man who went missing 28 years ago today has been released by police in a bid to find his killers. Steven Clark, 23, vanished on December 28, 1992, and this September his parents Doris, 82, and Charles, 78, were arrested on suspicion of his murder.
The film was seen in October 1993 on an ITV show about missing people, and it also aired on Carlton Television. Det Chief Insp Shaun Page, of Cleveland Police, has confirmed the cold case is being treated as a murder inquiry.
He said: “Steven had a distinctive walk as a result of a childhood road accident. The footage shows his walk, and you hear his voice.
