Police have released a new CCTV image of a man who was last seen three weeks ago. Officers believe this image is the last sighting of Francis Higman, from Oldham.
The 59-year-old was reported missing after last being seen in Oldham on Tuesday, March 29. Today (April 19), Greater Manchester Police has released a CCTV image taken on Newhey Road, in Rochdale, which is described as showing Mr Higman.
The image was taken at around 8am on Friday, April 1. Officers say Mr Higham's family is becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare, and police are determined to find him safe and well. Det Con Ben Dyson-Yarr, of Oldham CID, said: "This CCTV is the last sighting of Francis we are aware of. "His family are becoming increasingly concerned about Francis and we want to make sure he is safe and well.
