link!Sheriff Ross Macfarlane QC heard he also repeatedly kneed, hit and suffocated his partner and on one occasion told her she deserved the abuse.Hamilton Sheriff Court was told that on that occasion the thug was "frothing at the mouth" with his "eyeballs popping out his head."Ross was found guilty of three attacks on his partner which took place in October 2017, September 2018 and the other in August the following year and could now face a prison term.Ross's victim became a recluse and, with the help of friends and family, tried to rent a flat and move out without his knowledge.
The bully would hit her, knocking her down to the ground, and then pin her down with his body - the way he would have when arresting violent criminals whilst on.
